The Service

Coffey International had a requirement for multiple positions including a Senior Associate (SAR), Principal ESIA and Senior Waste Engineer, these are roles which fit very much into the expertise of Allen & York Australia and we were therefore the best recruitment partner to support Coffey International.  After taking a thorough brief from their Group Recruitment Manager and Global Leader, it was decided that the best approach would be a search, using A&Y Australia’s extensive research capability and networks.

Coffey International were looking for skilled professionals for complex Site Assessment & Remediation projects, as well as Environmental & Social Impact Assessment positions. These environmental disciplines are at the core of Allen & York Australia’s expertise and as a result we were able to offer a shortlist of suitable candidates relatively quickly.  From interview through to Offer, Allen & York Australia work closely with each client and candidate to ensure that both parties are well informed and happy at all stages of the process.

Results

Coffey were impressed with the range of suitable candidates and were able to make offers to the most outstanding, to date they have appointed 6 additional employees within their growing Advisory team.
