Pro-active HeadhuntingIn speaking with the Director of Sustainability Services (Africa) Allen & York were informed that KPMG were looking at a strategic appointment to grow their Sustainability Services in Africa and lead their work with the private sector in reducing their environmental footprint. Allen & York pro-actively headhunted a Senior Sustainability professional, currently working in for an alternative leading management consultancy. KPMG were so impressed by our candidate’s skills and experience, that they formed a new position within their Nairobi office to bring him on-board and provide them with a focus for their activities in East Africa. |
