It was with this in mind that the HR Co-ordinators for Rolls-Royce approached Allen & York, Global Executive Search & Selection specialists in Health & Safety & Environmental Recruitment to source suitable candidates for a HSE Lead position.

The Service Our expert HSE Recruitment Consultant took an in-depth brief from Rolls-Royce for the HSE Lead position and Allen & York's range of services were discussed.  It was decided to utilise our extensive industry network combined with a comprehensive database search. We presented the most suitable candidates, facilitated communication between Rolls-Royce and co-ordinated interviews.  One particular candidate impressed so much that a new role of Head of HSE was created for him.
