ESHIA Team Leader - SE Asia

A leading global Environmental Consultancy is looking for an experienced team leader to join their expanding team in Southeast Asia. The company is an established market leader in the consultancy field & this would be an excellent opportunity to join and lead the expansion of their offshore environmental impact assessment & management business in SE Asia. As the post assumes a regional leadership focus the successful applicant can be based in any of the Kuala Lumpar, Jakarta, Singapore, Manila or Bangkok offices with regional support coming from colleagues across SE Asia.To be suitable for this this position it is important that you have an Environmentally or Social Development related degree and that you have experience of working as a consultant with a focus on ESHIA's (Environmental Social, Health Impact Assessment's). A strong portfolio & reputation already exists both locally and internationally for the quality of the firms terrestrial EIA work, however as this role will be focused upon the expansion of their onshore & offshore O&G business. Project experience in this field is deemed critical. The successful applicant will be tasked with pooling existing resources and developing a wider team focused upon delivery of ESHIA, EIA, EMP's, baseline studies and social & health impact assessments. You should have a minimum of 10 years experience working with O&G operators with some of this time spent in consultancy and pro-actively involved in business development and team leadership.
