Job Details
? To build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the identification of training and development needs
? To review the EHS Training and Development strategy (in the context of corporate models and initiatives) to assist the business growth and develop its talent to meet evolving business needs
? To support, steer and drive the creation of local training plans ? collating and assessing plans, developing and monitoring budgets as appropriate
? To design and deliver a range of technical and soft skills learning and development interventions to meet defined requirements in a timely and cost effective way
? To identify requirements, manage the alignment and roll out of project management learning solutions
? To manage the work of the EHS training team
? To regularly evaluate and review the effectiveness of training and to ensure that business benefits and value for money are achieved and to ensure the business learning and development KPIs are met This position is offered as a three year contract.
