Our client is a Chartered Surveying and Town Planning practice based in Oxfordshire who are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Planner with post qualification experience in both the public or private sector, who is a member of the RTPI or RICS (P&D).

Duties will involve pre-application discussions, submissions of planning applications, attendance at committee, the preparation of written representation appeals, involvement in public inquiry work on telecoms and non-telecoms cases, dealing with enforcement cases, and opportunities to help drive forward the new business areas of the practice. The right candidate will be able to bring business mwith them and must have the ambition to be a Planning Partner in the next few years.

The right candidate will play a key role in diversifying the business would receive a salary of up to £60k. There is scope for immediate equity options for exceptional candidates who can bring business with them. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years consultancy experience whether in a large organisation or within a niche Planning Consultancy.
