As Senior Planning Consultant working in the Urban Regeneration & Waterside Development team you will be actively engaged in project management as well as applying you’re planning knowledge to multidisciplinary developments. The senior representative to all clients, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project winning relations that continue to promote the company in its market leading status.

Requirements include:

• Qualified Town & Country Planner with RTPI accreditation.
• Technical expertise in planning, policy, strategy policy analysis, land use studies, redevelopment and economic/social regeneration.
• An establish network and client relations with authorities, developers and development agencies, with a strong clients focus and commitment.

You must also have business development and marketing experience combined with a proven track record as a planning consultant.
