Waste Transfer Station Manager

A successful family run waste management business is seeking a talented, hands-on station manager for their waste site which currently deals with household and commercial waste and includes recycling facilities in rural Norfolk.

The role:

The successful applicant will be expected to manage the operational duties on site which will include managing staff, ensuring efficient operational procedures of the site including heavy machinery and ensuring compliance with legislation and the environment agency guidelines.

The candidate will have full responsibility of day to day operations and would be encouraged to develop and improve present practices through innovative ideas.

A COTC qualification is desirable or candidates working towards the qualification will be considered.
