Our client, a leading international organisation, has a fantastic opportunity for a highly ambitious, energetic and dedicated individual to manage their newly established Urban Regeneration team. You will be responsible for the growth of the team, the quality of consultancy advice and implementation of the group’s business plan. The ideal candidate will have experience within a regeneration sector, most likely within master planning, planning, economic development or urban design.

The main characteristics of this role are to:
- Develop and expand our client’s regeneration consultancy services across the UK, focusing on: regeneration process management, strategic policy and planning, master planning and urban design, economic viability, delivery and funding, and community engagement;
- Recruit, develop, coach and mentor team; taking full line management responsibilities;
- Providing full financial accountability for proposal, projects and Advice Group costs.
- Development and implementation of business winning strategy for the Advise Group and contribution to the company’s combined regeneration strategy.
