EIA Team Leader
Location: South West; South Wales, United Kingdom

A fantastic opportunity to take a senior position with a leading, global, consultancy.
Purpose of the Job:
To act as technical lead in EIA in the south west and Wales
To develop and manage the EIA team within the south west and Wales
To actively win new work (both internal and external)
Main Responsibilities
Developing internal and external contacts and opportunities
To act as the focal point for EIA marketing activities in the SW and Wales
Preparing and delivering proposals and presentations
To win new work based on the above activities
Individual will be responsible for predicting and presenting costs for projects ranging from small surveys to major schemes.
Management of these projects to satisfy time and budgetary constraints
Line management for all staff in the existing team
Including undertaking of staff appraisals
Input to budgeting and marketing plans
This is a key position for our client and an opportunity to develop further the EIA team and play a larger role in the management of the Environment business.
It is expected that suitable candidates will have as minimum five years consultancy experience, preferably with exposure to overseas markets.
