Our client is a national firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants who are looking to recruit a part qualified Building Surveyor to join them in their Birmingham office. You will cover all aspects of building surveying including dilapidations, neighborly matters and contract administration for primarily commercial clients.

You will have completed an RICS accredited degree and have at least years experience in Building Surveying working towards the APC with 12 months diary sign-off.
