Our client is looking for Senior Project Managers to join their Construction Consultancy Unit based in Manchester City Centre. They looking for experienced Senior Project Managers who are ready to develop their careers within a successful organisation. Individuals must have good technical and professional knowledge with experience of leading a team. You must be well organized and have good verbal and written communication skills.

They provide construction and property advice for new development schemes and existing properties. This is not just specification reviews and building surveys, but involves embracing assessments of procurement proposals, contractual arrangements, design team suitability, cost appraisals, risk analysis, site inspections and monitoring new developments through to completion.

Their client base for this part of our business comprises of public and private sector organisations and central government organisations which they offer project and consultancy services too. With this range in client they can offer individuals a wide scope of experience within project management.
