Project Manager - Development & Residential Consulting

Our client is looking for a Project Manager , Development & Residential Consulting to be based in their London offices. Act as a Project Manager reporting to the line manager, and carrying out work where direct supervision on a day-to-day basis is not given. The vacancy requirements for sucessful candidates are:
> BSc (Hons) MRICS or MICE or similar professional qualification.Experience and skills needed for this role are:
> Track record in delivery of medium and large scale projects. (£2m - £20m)
> Experience of Development Management involving other property and town planning professionals.
> Understands Public Sector and Education Organisations
> PFI/PPP experience desirable
> Technical excellence plus general business skills Professional duties will include: -
> Obtaining a brief from a client
> In conjunction with line manager advice to client on selection of professional consultants
> In conjunction with line manager agree and recommend other consultants fees and remuneration schedules.
> Manage other property professionals.
> Manage design team and tendering processes.
> Have an understanding of legal documents such as building contracts and collateral warranties through assisting more senior members of staff in reviewing relevant documentation.
> Carry out post-contract duties including the role of contract administrator.
> Prepare monthly reports on project progress for clients.
