Your responsibilities include:
> Responsible for project initiation, project meetings, programming, project accounts, team project reviews, identification and appointment of subconsultants, client liaison, team member development, delivery of multiple projects
> Responsible for identifying and implementing staff training, staff resourcing needs, assistance with pastoral care and office running
> Provider of contract and procurement advice
> Responsible for selected office running tasks
> Has positive abilities in contributing to bid preparation, business development, inter- office/inter-discipline activity
> Understanding of Management Services work streams : Cost, Safety Management, Property & Project Management
> Can utilise management systems and tools.
> Being a Chartered Professional
Higher degree an advantage: PRINCE2 Practitioner preferred.
