To support our client's expanding workload in mixed use development, they are looking for senior project managers with experience in delivery of large property development based projects from inception to completion. This role will involve working on major projects in the south east and will give full delivery responsibility to the selected individuals on projects in excess of £100m controlled from their London Office.

Skills required include:
> Particular requirements are the ability to demonstrate successfully working directly with developer / corporate clients to deliver viable developments with significant retail, residential or commercial components.
> A strong and dynamic individual
> Comercially aware
> High levels of energy and self-motivation, but being team work orientated.
> Confident and professional
> Innovative, inspiring and credible.

Qualifications:
> Educated to degree level or equivalent.
