Our client has vacancies for experienced Building Surveyors to provide operational and management support on various facilities related projects through out the North East and Scotland.
Your role will include;
> Monitoring FM contracts on the client’s behalf
> Regular inspection of property condition with recommendations for improvement
> Design and Project Management of adhoc small works across the client’s property portfolio from inception to completion.
> Arrange, implement and control specialist surveys on behalf of the clients including defining deliverables and time scales.
> Review reports including for trend analysis, assessment of faults, compliance with statute etc.
> Attend regular Client and Team meetings.
> Internal reporting and client liaison
> Development of existing client base.
The skills candidates must possess include:
> Computer Literate with experience of CAD software.
> Full driving license.
> Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
> Degree or equivalent in related discipline or extensive relevant and demonstrable experience.
> Working towards Chartered status is preferred.
Personal Qualities:
> Self motivated with a flexible approach.
> Innovative.
> Focused.
> Previous experience of similar multi-site multi-discipline projects is essential.
