Our client's Cumbrian office is seeking suitable applicants for this Building Surveyor role.

General building surveying duties to strengthen the existing team of three chartered building surveyors and provide advice to a variety of client’s in respect of design, maintenance, repair, refurbishment/restoration.

Duties may include building surveys, condition and defect surveys; feasibility studies contract administration/design/specification, DDA, Party Wall matters, planning supervisor and project management.

Qualification's to possess include:
> BSc/DipSurv, MRICS/MCIOB
> Chartered or near Chartered Building Surveyor

Personal Qualities:
> A client focused, disciplined self motivated professional building surveyor, with an ability to both lead and form part of a larger team and participate in business development opportunities for a developing client base.
