Due to an expanding workload, our client's are seeking to recruit an additional newly chartered or experienced building surveyor to work in the Facilities Management Consultancy Department in their Warrington office.
The experience needed includes:
The ideal candidate will have a broad range of commercial building surveying experience preferably including:
> Condition surveys
> Dilapidations
> Multi-site maintenance management
> Whole Life Costing
> Building pathology and defects diagnosis
> Minor building projects
The candidate must be a self-starter, able to operate equally as a member of a small team or on their own initiative and be able to maintain and develop long-term client relationships.
Candidates able to demonstrate a track record in business generation and/or facilities management may be at an advantage.
Qualifications include:
> Minimum BSc(Hons) Building Surveying or equivalent plus 1 year APC.
> Preferred MRICS/MCIOB.
