Ensure operations adhere to all applicable legislation.
Ensure compliance with all Enviroco HSEQ objectives and establish a safe working culture and environment, across all operational areas.
Deliver customer service excellence.5. Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for operational management of Great Yarmouth location
Including, contract delivery, cost control and some client liaison
Operational and process trouble shooting.
Ensuring compliance with all HSEQ legislation.
Strengthening the companys local market position by focusing on delivery.
Full day-to-day responsibility for operations including transport and customer service.
Manage and develop personnel.
Project management.
Offshore business retention.6. Performance Measure Monthly reporting including timely operations financial details
Budgetary compliance.
Enviroco safety and environmental plans and scorecards
Personal safety contract.
Advance process7. Qualifications/experience Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Budgetary control and people management expertise, essential.
COTC TSH4 and TMH4 and CPC qualified (preferable) with extensive waste and environmental experience.
Chemistry qualification, a distinct advantage.8. Specific Competencies Technically aware.
Excellent people management skills.
Proven track record.9. Location Great Yarmouth, but required to travel regionally.
