Our client's currently have an opportunity for a Surveyor to join our Property Management team in their Bristol office.

The successful candidate will join the current team in managing a large portfolio of both Investment and Occupational properties on behalf of large institutional clients as well as private investors and a number of Plcs.

The ideal candidate will be required to resolve day-to-day management issues efficiently and be able to work closely and pro-actively with the Facilities Managers. The applicant will also be expected to liaise with both clients and tenants on a regular basis and to work closely with Property Management Accounts in ensuring excellent service is provided to all clients.

The successful candidate will be RICS qualified with proven Property Management experience, have good communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative, manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of the local market would be a distinct advantage.
