Due to expansion, our client's are looking for a Qualified Surveyor to join the Valuation team within their Manchester office.
The successful candidate will be qualified, with experience in Valuation and a proven track record in providing quality reports to clients. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial approach to work. You will be a team player but also able to work on your own initiative when required. Responsibilities include:
> To advise clients on all matters relating to valuation and other property matters.
> To manage key Manchester office clients and where required key national clients.
> To liaise with other departments and LSH offices, to provide an all round property solution
