Our client is looking for 2 senior surveyors to join their expanding team based in London.

The successful candidate will be involved in a number of high profile PM projects ranging from the high profile £110m redevelopment of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford upon Avon to a range of commercial, education and health schemes under PFI and PFI derivative forms of procurement.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisation skills, be able to motivate and integrate with other members of the team and have a good understanding of the project delivery process.

An understanding and experience of different forms of construction procurement and previous experience of construction management would be preferable.

IT literacy is required. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project would be an advantage, as would a sound understanding of the construction market.
