Our client's rapidly expanding Planning Team provides quality advice to private and public sector clients on a range of exciting and prestigious projects and there is a great opportunity to join this team.

They are looking for Associates with relevant experience to join their Manchester and Leeds teams.

This is a key role which, for the right candidate, will involve, the responsibility of managing client goals and a team to serve a client base within the current business.

The type of work you will be involved with includes providing advice on planning policy, development control (including planning inquiries), submission of major planning applications and advice on all aspects of planning consultancy. In particular, you are likely to become involved in providing planning advice on major retail, leisure and residential schemes and town centre mixed use development.
For the above role you must be numerate, analytical, have excellent presentation and communication skills, plus be able to work on your own initiative.
