This is an exciting opportunity for a senior surveyor, keen to make progress their career in the Landlord and Tenant field. Working in direct support of one of the Associates, the successful candidate can expect to undertake a wide range of work including rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructuring and section 18 valuations. The work involves all property types but with a bias towards offices.

You will have a good academic background and be interested in working in this field. Whilst some experience of landlord and tenant work would be an advantage, we are more interested in your enthusiasm and general suitability.

You will, however, be RICS qualified.

The successful candidate will be a team player who can integrate into the team and who enjoys preparing for and participating in negotiations.

Our client's are looking for one person either on the Val or L&T or a combination of the two roles.
