Renowned Engineering consultancy requires a Senior Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist to join their established London practice.

The client in question is currently working on major high-profile projects throughout the UK and overseas including foundations for tall buildings, deep basements, slope stability and earthworks and water retaining structures.

The requirements for this role are:
• Relevant industry experience with a BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or Geology and preferably a MSc/MEng in Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or similar subjects
• Chartership would be ideal
• Strong foundation, basement, earthworks and ground treatment design skills
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills
• A background in Brownfield land projects and knowledge of contaminated land investigation and assessment would be of value
• Understanding ground investigation techniques and its importance to deriving appropriate design parameters
