This Southern based Construction and Property services provider are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to add to the continued success of the organisation within the role of Health & Safety / CDM Co-ordinator.

The role will take on responsibilities of CDM Coordinator and will ensure that Health and Safety risks are assessed, managed and controlled at each design stage. You will be responsible for compliance with Health and Safety legislation, liaising with clients, consultants and sub-contractors to fulfil the CDM requirements.

Successful candidates will have working experience of the CDM regulations and be qualified to NEBOSH standard.
