Our client is a well established, award winning waste management company, who are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to undertake an exciting, hands on lead role.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for a team of ten sales people. With a proven track record within a sales environment, you must have the natural flair, determination and skills to lead the team towards hitting their targets. Setting KPI's with the Sales Director, you will mentor, train and lead your team to maintain key accounts, source new avenues of opportunity and keep the enthusiasm within the group constant, working towards the company objectives.

People management skills are essential and the main component of the role. Knowledge of the waste sector is not essential but would be beneficial.

In return our client is offering an outstanding package including a company car, laptop, phone and an OTE of an extra £20,000.
