Our client's are looking for a Project Manager to meet consistent high demand and to work with the rest of the team to expand the division further. It is hoped that the successful candidate will strengthen the cost advice already offered by this team enabling further expansion into more traditional Quantity Surveying services.

The candidate must be flexible, possess good communication skills, be IT literate and have significant experience of Project Management and Cost Control in a fast moving commercial environment.

Specific experience of the hotel sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

> Must be fully conversant with Microsoft Office Suite
> Expertise in Microsoft Excel an advantage
> NBS Specification Writer
> Experience of Buzzsaw or other file storage/sharing systems an advantage

> Basic skills in AutoCAD an advantage
