Our client's require an individual who enjoys variety and a high degree of individual responsibility for the role of Senior Architect at their London offices.

Your work will involve liaising with clients on initial planning, surveys through design and project management. Some recent key instructions include refurbishing a motor dealship in Dubai, new housing developments and refurbishment of a 50,000sqft Central London office.

You must be RIBA qualified, probably 8-10 years experience and be a strong all round designer, commercially aware, well rounded architect with experience of varied building types.

You should have strong technical skills, with proven ability in dealing with planning and building regulations issues.
