Our client's are offering an excellent opportunity for someone to build upon their existing business and provide the challenges of growing a team and developing your career. This job role is based in Epsom, Surrey and involves some work in London

Requirements
> Qualified in Building Surveying
> Associate membership of the RICS (MRICS)
> Experienced in the management of projects in surveys and other professional matters
> Experienced in all aspects of building surveying and capable of utilising that experience to direct a team of building surveyors
> Financial management skills and experience in management of professional fees
> Experience of mentoring other surveyors
> IT literate with previous use of MS Project and NBS software desirable
> Experience of working with other disciplines including M&E engineering, structural engineers, quantity surveyors whilst managing projects

Responsibilities
> Managing a portfolio of fee based Building Surveying activities for our clients
> The management and further development of the existing building surveying team
> Undertake business opportunities within our existing clients, and assist in the preparation of further fee quotations for new clients
> Able to programme departmental workload and predict resource requirements
