A great career opportunity for an Estates & Development Surveyor/Planner has arisen within our client's South West Area office. Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will be part of a professional team undertaking a key role in all aspects of planning/environmental assessment work as well as estates management. You will be involved in the development of new mineral deposits, quarries, industrial sites and other property extending across the Area.

This challenging and rewarding position will be attractive to both Planners and Mineral/Estates Surveyors qualified to either MRTPI or MRICS level, or working towards those qualifications. It may also be of interest to those in other surveying disciplines who wish to work within the diverse and interesting environment of the minerals industry.

You will possess the drive and aptitude to succeed, and will be expected to assume responsibility at an early stage. An excellent communicator, negotiator and team player, you have the intellect to grasp a wide range of tasks and are committed to continuing professional development.
