A Consultant is required to work within one of the most successful international carbon business consultancies.

As a key member of the existing team of buildings focused consultants you will utilise your project management and technical skills by getting involved in a number of varied sustainable energy projects. You will also support the acquisition of new work linked with sustainable buildings, renewable energy and carbon management. Your personal skills and experience would also help to mould the focus of the role.

In this role you will project manage and provide technical inputs to a range of sustainable energy projects and to undertake targeted business development activities to support the acquisition of new work.

• Sustainable built environment projects
• Renewable energy projects
• Carbon Management

An engineering (or similar) degree and higher degree in specialist field is required and a Masters or other post-graduate qualification. You will have sound understanding of energy from a physics perspective and a knowledge of at least two of:

• building physics and building services
• building integrated renewables and CHP
• non-energy sustainability issues
• BREEAM / Ecohomes / CSH
• local energy planning and relevant national policy and regulation
• non-energy sustainable building issues
