In this role as Senior Building Surveyor, you will be working primarily with the Metropolitan Police in London, you’ll work as part of a team delivering building design and planned maintenance solutions, Surveying and Technical advisory services. It’s a key role that will involve ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practice. You’ll also develop contacts with existing clients, and strive to generate new business.

To succeed, you’ll need to be a proven leader with experience of working for a multi-disciplinary company in the building industry. While a sound knowledge of construction-related contracts and legislation is vital, it’s just as important that you have excellent client-facing skills.
