It’ll be your role to provide quality architectural and constructional technical expertise across a wide range of projects for our client's in their offices in Oxford and Bedford.

You’ll assist with the day-to-day management of the design team, as well as helping promote the offices as a centre of architectural design excellence. It’s a varied role that will also see you managing the workload alongside the project architect in consultation with the client, in order to ensure work programmes are delivered effectively.

Along with an HNC in Building Construction, you’ll either have or be studying towards membership of BIAT.

You’ll demonstrate knowledge of the relevant standards, specifications and contracts for the procurement of architectural projects, as well as Health & Safety, quality assurance, BREEAM and building regulations.

You’ll also have experience of acting as a Coordinating Consultant.
