Our client's are offering you a lead role in a whole range of exciting projects across a number of sectors, with the potential to make significant career progression in an expanding international company. They require Senior Architects for their offices in London, Bristol and the North West of England.

Requirements for the sucessful candidates:
> RIBA Part III or ARB registered architect or equivalent.
> Will have managed a number of projects up to £10m.
> Will be capable of providing advice and thorough business knowledge of at least one market sector - Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Retail, or Leisure.
> Proficient in the use of software packages e.g. AutoCAD, Microstation, 3D packages. Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of products.
> Will be familiar with researching, preparing and presenting technical presentations and reports.
> Experience working with teams of 5 - 10.
> Enthusiasm and passion for promoting and delivering high quality design.

You responsibilities include:
> Managment of projects up to £10m in value or sections of larger projects.
> Lead in the execution of projects with defined design and cost parameters.
> Build and maintain client relationships.
> Work within a business management framework to assure consistency of quality.
> Responsible for a team of Architects.
