Principal/Associate Landscape Architect

Our client's require a Principal / Associate Landscape Architect to assist their growing work load in their Worcestershire office.The priorities of this role include:
> Focused liaison with internal and external clients, forming excellent relationships, particularly external landscape clients in the Midlands
> To plan, manage and coordinate bids and fee proposals
> To represent midlands landscape within the business
> To provision of project support, in assisting the team leader in delivering leadership, management, financial reporting, and operational delivery to ensure excellent delivery of environmental impact assessments
> Support to the Midlands Regional Coordinator and Landscape Architecture Product Leader on business development activities
> Provision of project management delivering leadership, management, financial reporting, and operational delivery to ensure excellent delivery of landscape projects
The ideal candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge. These points should align with the key areas of responsibility:
> Highly refined technical skills - Excellent design, communication and report writing skills
> Be highly motivated, proactive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude
> Ability to lead large teams, preferably project teams and technical teams
> Ability to work with, and potentially lead large teams of technical staff
> Post graduate degree in Landscape Architecture.
> Excellent communication and report writing skills
