A leading multidisciplinary consultancy are currently developing their Resource and Waste Management service and as part of this expansion are looking to recruit a Principal or Senior waste planner to provide advice to public and private sector clients in regards to waste and resource planning issues, whilst aiding the organisation's waste services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of waste planning advice to internal and external clients, project and team management, assisting the development of the waste planning service and marketing the waste planning service.

All applicants must hold the below qualities:
Extensive waste planning experience within a UK based consultancy or local authority
Knowledge of waste planning processes and legislation
Experience of local authority waste strategy
Membership of RTPI or CIWM
Experience of planning applications for waste facilities
Knowledge of waste management licensing and PPC permitting.

Successful candidates will hold excellent communication skills with experience of communicating at Board level, with the ability to develop the business. This will be rewarded with excellent opportunities for career progression and an attractive remuneration package.
