Our client's are looking to recruit an Associate Valuation Surveyor to be based at their Birmingham office.

You will be a Chartered Surveyor with 5 years post-qualification experience and be looking for a new challenge in a busy, supportive team.

You will have broad experience in all areas of Valuation Surveying and excellent customer facing skills, team skills and ability to work in a pressurised environment.

Your MRICS Membership is essential.

Valid current driving license.

Desire to develop career and contribute to the success of the team. Current knowledge of relevant legal and procedural practices.
