Our client is looking for a Partner - Building Consultancy to be based in their Thames Valley office.

Your role will include: acting as a Role Model and Ambassador for the business, demonstrating commitment to the vision by ‘walking the talk’.
To work proactively to achieve the firm’s Business Plan by ensuring that all identified business opportunities are maximised.

Qualifications & Technical Skills:
> Appropriate professional and/or academic qualifications e.g. MRICS, MBA 1st/Post Grad degree
> Degree or alternative business qualification useful but not essential
> Current and full driving licence and/or other means of mobility.

Personal Requirements:
> Co-ordination and/or management of projects and customers.
> Minimum of 2 years working within the firm operating at Associate level, or having previously operated in a senior management and/or fee earning role elsewhere
> Proven track record in generation of new business.
> Additional experience, relevant or essential to business area.
> Team management where relevant.
