Our client is a successful waste management company that has approached Allen & York to find a Multi-site Manager to join their recycling operation based in the South West. Reporting to the Recycling Team Manager, the main purpose of the role is to manage and control the safe operation of the company's household recycling centres within the Western Region.

Key responsibilities will include - Site Staff Management and most importantly compliance and legislation management relating to:

• Site Licence Conditions
• Environmental Protection Act
• Health and Safety

You will have responsibility for the operational budget management and performance targets.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• People management, communication and interpersonal skills
• A relevant COTC (level 4 is preferred)
• Operations / supervisory management experience in recycling
• Clean driving licence
• Proficient in Microsoft packages
