With the spotlight on sustainable growth and regeneration schemes, the council is about to embark on major development - new homes, new jobs, new infrastructure - and they need the right people on board to achieve the success they want.

If you can handle complex planning applications and can provide professional, knowledgeable pre-application advice, if you have good negotiation skills and a confident manner then you are that right person.

Ideally you will have, or be working toward, membership of the RTPI. You will be familiar with planning legislation and procedures and have experience in a Local Authority context.
