A leading international consultancy company has an exciting opportunity for a number of Senior/Principal Consultants to join their expanding waste and resource team. The team currently focuses on providing, waste and resource management plans and strategies, waste technology assessments, material and resource audits and flow analysis, waste licensing, logistics and procurement support services. With ambitious plans for growth we are looking to target recruitment around the existing hubs in Oxford, Bristol & Manchester.

The successful candidates will work within a combined team and alongside a range of waste companies, legal advisers, developers, local authorities and programmes such as WRAP.

Key responsibilities will involve managing projects and client relations, assisting production of technical reports and assisting the team in providing waste/resource management solutions and strategies. Applicants should have an understanding of the application and commercialisation of waste and resource management technologies.

Candidates should be educated to degree level and have significant waste management experience. Self motivation and excellent communication skills are essential. Applicants must have comprehensive knowledge in at least one of the following areas: waste treatment technologies (biological treatment, anaerobic digestion and in-vessel composting), waste contract and procurement in the public sector with particular experience of Local Authority implementation strategies.
