Our client is a leading global real estate consultancy and is looking to expand its UK team within its London offices.

Our client is looking for an two experienced individuals that have operated at a senior level within a consultancy or local government. The candidate must have had strong experience within a commercial environment and would be able to lead a growing commercial planning team.

The candidate would be suitably qualified MRTPI or RICS with a planning and development background and able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the planning system.

Able to demonstrate excellent communication, written and analytical skills

Able to manage a demanding workload.
