My client is a world leader in power engineering consultancy, providing a wide range of energy related services to both public and private sector clients.

The Sustainable Energy Developments Team are currently looking to recruit a Senior Renewable Energy Engineer to work on a variety of Renewable Energy Projects, new technology developments and advisory services to clients in the UK and Overseas.

The role will include:

• Technical Assessment of a wide range of projects, from pre feasibility studies through to implementation.

• Oral and written presentation of results to clients

• Participating in developing and winning new business

Experience:

• In an energy industry or related sector (electricity, fuel production or processing). In particular, experience in renewable fuels or related technologies (e.g. oleochemicals ) will be an advantage.

• Analytical approach with the ability to blend good technical understanding with commercial factors.

• Expereince of project management and demonstrable achievement in successfully managing projects

• A clear ability to articulate complex technical and issues to clients and team members in both written and oral form.

You will:

• Be fully fluent and able to work (communicate verbally and in writing) in English

• Hold a full UK drivers license

• Have a bachelor’s degree in chemical, process or mechanical engineering

• A higher academic qualification (MSc or PhD) could be an advantage
