Our clients' have an exciting opportunity, based in Cardiff, for a design-focused architect to exercise their creative talent. Working with prestigious clients, you will provide innovative design solutions on a variety of challenging and exciting projects
The requirements for the sucessful candidate includes:
> RIBA Part III or ARB registered architect
> Demonstrable ability to produce buildings of architectural merit
> Significant post-qualification experience: participating in all aspects of design, project management, dealing with clients' enquiries, attending site and client meetings The responsibilities include:
> Managing architectural commissions from inception through to completion
> Assisting in the execution of projects within defined design and cost parameters
> Management of small projects or sections of larger projects, so as to achieve the clients’ objectives to cost and programme
> Building and maintaining client relationships You should have design capability will be a key strength and core skills will include the ability to draw and articulate design concepts appropriately, be creative, self motivated and hard working and keen to develop further within a design-focused role.If you are interested in this job, apply today.
