Our clients are recruiting a Part Qualified Architectural Assistant; responsible for assisting in solutions to mono and multi-disciplined projects. Undertaking a variety of client projects focused on the education, leisure, transportation, commercial and MOD sectors as part of a project team. This position is based in Bristol.

You need to be commercially aware and have a flexible attitude to both the type of work undertaken and the level of responsibility accepted.

Sucessful Candidate Requirements:
> BA in Architecture and Part I Qualification
> Graduate Member of relevant RIBA
> Recognised training of software packages ie AutoCAD and the Microsoft Suite of products
> Demonstrable evidence of producing concept designs and progressing through to construction issue
> Experience of dealing with clients, enquiries, attending meetings, assisting in presentations when required.

Responsibilities include:
> Assistance in the execution of projects with defined design and cost parameters
> Will undertake independent studies and analysis and prepare recommendations and conclusions for formal review by project manager
> Provide technological input and supervise technical input by others within the Architectural discipline
> Effectly manage own time which may if necessary be allocated to more than one project
> Build client relationships and help identify business opportunities, but will not have formal client or sales accountability.
