A leading property management and real estate company are looking for an individual with a proven background and experience to join an established HSE department based from their central London head office. The organisation forms part of a larger group and there are therefore potential opportunities for future progression.
You will be joining to look after a property portfolio largely made up of central government sites and it would therefore be useful if you have had H&S experience in a property management environment. You will be qualified to NEBOSH diploma level and ideally have some knowledge of CDM reg's although this is not essential. You will need to have the necessary skills in order to effectively manage client expectations and employees at all levels on site. You will need to have been a UK resident for at least 5 years and undergo security clearance to take up this position.
