Our client has approached Allen & York to help them find an enthusiastic sales person to join their successful and expanding waste management company. This is a superb opportunity for a candidate with a good knowledge and understanding of the sales process, who is determined to progress professionally and is committed to succeed.
At present our client receives a high volume of enquiries regarding a variety of services through phone calls and emails. There are large numbers of leads and "hot prospects" that need to be dealt with and turned into successful sales. The luxury of this role means that there will be very little "cold calling" and each person that you will be dealing with, would have enquired and therefore be expecting correspondence.
Our client has seen incredible sales growth over the last couple of years that are increasing annually. Experience within the waste management sector would be a slight advantage however is by no means a necessity. If you understand the sales process and have the desire to work hard and progress career wise, then there would be few better opportunities in the waste management sector than this. Does this appeal? In return our client is offering an £18-£20K salary and an OTE of £26 to £28K.
