Our clients' require an additional Asset Management Surveyor to oversee the management of a section of the portfolio. This position is based in Southampton.

Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:
> To undertake active management of the commercial property portfolio including all general estate management duties. In particular the role will include landlord & tenant transactions - lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals, rent collection, service charge and budget monitoring.

> The role will also involve being the main point of contact for tenants on property-related queries and so a working knowledge of commercial leases will be essential. The role will require regular property and site inspection.

Also:
> To assist the team in credit control matters, co-ordinating reactive repairs and liaising with the residential property manager on residential estate.
> To assist the client where appropriate in identifying opportunities to add value.

The candidate will ideally be MRICS qualified with up to 2 years PQE. A background in landlord & tenant work is preferable. Experience of estate management is desirable.
