Our clients' are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to assist in their continuing business growth.

Based in Northampton, the focus of this role will be the management of a number of multi-million value projects in a variety of areas, including commercial offices, hotels, college facilities, residential mixed use.

Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:
> The management and operation of value management procedures, development of strategic project teams, management of contracts and full contract administration, and developing client briefs and defining project scope.

Possessing Chartered status (in either MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) and with a track record of winning work, you will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be a strong team player, and have a strong commercial focus.
